PowerClass about Psychological Safety: A Trail of Trust

Laura Jansen is an educational specialist, expert facilitator, and thought leader in implementing actionable tools that build psychological safety. Based in The Netherlands, Laura works with a wide range of public, private, and non-profit organizations and educational institutions in both North America and Europe. She guides teams in optimizing processes, such as decision-making, communication, collaboration, reflection, conflict management, and problem solving. Topic Synopsis:

Teaming Labs’ PowerClass ‘A Trail of Trust’, is a live, virtual PowerClass about Psychological Safety, or what we like to call Teaming Trust.

Learning Objectives:

During its 120 minutes, you will:

(1) explore the concept of Teaming Trust and learn how it shows up in team behaviours and interactions;
(2) apply a PowerTool that facilitates "speaking up" and "listening in" as key components of building Teaming Trust; and
(3) apply a PowerTool for effectively "checking "in at the start of meetings to elevate the openness of your team dialogues.
