Topic Synopsis:
Teaming Labs’ PowerClass ‘A Trail of Trust’, is a live, virtual PowerClass about Psychological Safety, or what we like to call Teaming Trust.
Learning Objectives:
During its 120 minutes, you will:
(1) explore the concept of Teaming Trust and learn how it shows up in team behaviours and interactions;
(2) apply a PowerTool that facilitates "speaking up" and "listening in" as key components of building Teaming Trust; and
(3) apply a PowerTool for effectively "checking "in at the start of meetings to elevate the openness of your team dialogues.
True to being a PowerClass, you can expect much interaction and playful practice in small groups. You will also gain practical Power Tools that you can apply immediately in your very next meeting.
